30-Day Return Window
We gladly offer a 30-day return period—this means you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and sealed in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is also required.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team first.
If your return request is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions, including where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can sort it out for you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Unless there's a fault or damage, these items are considered final sale.
Need an Exchange?
If you’d like to swap your item, the quickest method is to return your original purchase (after approval), and then place a new order for the item you want.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If it is, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
